Full-Stack Engineer with AI/ML Experience

About the Role

This is a full-stack role with a strong focus on AI/ML-enabled tooling for medical researchers, improvements to our Bayesian Network-based knowledge base, and regular product engineering work across the stack.

Key Responsibilities

Your tasks will be diverse, prioritized across the following domains:

• System Optimization: Help improve our Bayesian Network-based knowledge base and related systems, with a focus on usability, quality, and scalability.
• AI Integration: Work on practical LLM-based features and internal automations that support researcher and product workflows.
• Feature Development: Build, maintain, and improve full-stack features in our core knowledge base app.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and medical research to turn domain problems into usable technical solutions.
• Product Stewardship: Contribute to bug fixing, cleanup, and general product engineering where needed.

Requirements

• Full-Stack Proficiency: Proven experience across both frontend and backend development.
• ML/AI Experience: Hands-on experience developing and deploying ML/AI solutions.
• Ownership Mentality: Comfort owning problems that span product code, automations, and ML-related systems.
• English Communication: Strong written and spoken command of English.

A Plus, but Not Required

• Interest in probabilistic modeling, Bayesian Networks, or knowledge-based systems.
• Experience with LLM-based product features, internal tools, or workflow automation.
• Experience in an early-stage product or startup environment.
