I am an obsessive study reader and analyzer with an MSc in Molecular biology and an MBA background. I am fascinated by everything related to metabolic disease. Formerly known as The Adipocyte Jedi, I most recently started delving into small intestinal interactions between foods, microbes, and host physiology/immunity. I have discovered that this is the place where ‘everything’ starts, the true root cause of most ‘diseases of modernity’.

I’m a natural-born skeptic and critical thinker, used to doing my own research. I prefer to adopt a bottom-up approach that focuses on fundamental science and mechanisms – in an attempt to get to the bottom of all matters.
